Accessibility of our website

Hotel Jenewein strives to make the website www.hotel-jenewein.com accessible in accordance with the applicable Accessibility Act (BaFG), implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
In doing so, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, which have been implemented as far as possible.

Measures to improve accessibility

To further improve digital accessibility, we use an accessibility tool on our website, which is accessible directly from the homepage. This tool offers, among other things, the following features:

• Simplified navigation

Content that is not accessible

Non-compliance with accessibility requirements:
Some PDF documents on our website are not yet available in an accessible format.

Disproportionate burden:
For organisational and economic reasons, it is currently not possible to make all older PDF or Office documents fully accessible. However, we strive to make new content as accessible as possible.

Content not covered by the scope of application:
Documents published before 28 June 2025 are not subject to the statutory requirements under the BaFG.

Third-party content:
The website may contain content from external providers (e.g. booking systems, embedded maps or videos) whose accessibility is beyond our control.
